Help with your seawall project·Naples
Naples waterfront guide

Your project information.

This notice explains what a project request contains, who receives it and how long it is kept.

What stays on your device

The planning calculators and checklists run in your browser. Their entries leave your device only as a summary attached to a request you send, and you can untick that summary before sending. Downloads are created on your device, and reloading clears the tool entries.

Do not enter sensitive financial information, identification numbers or access codes. A request does not need them.

What a request includes and who receives it

A request contains the contact and project fields you submit, plus any tool summary you leave ticked. We use it to contact you about the project and share it with a partner contractor, who may call or text you about the work.

We keep requests for the period stated under retention below. The contractor who receives your request handles it under its own practices, so ask them how they keep your details.

When you follow an outside link

Official permit portals and agency pages have their own privacy practices. Telephone links open your device’s calling application. No shared portfolio analytics identifier is configured on this site.

Keep control of what you share

Use the public guides without submitting contact details. Review any downloaded planning brief before forwarding it. To ask about, correct or delete a request you sent, email contact@naplesseawallrepairs.com.

Retention and the current form

Accepted requests expire from active access after 180 days, with scheduled maintenance removing expired records.

Optional tool and audience requests

Feature forms can additionally collect an optional email, property address, organization, transaction date, access notes and the project details you choose to enter. A selected warning-sign result or elevation comparison can accompany an explicit request. These are visitor-supplied observations and guidance, not verified inspection findings.

A neighbor invitation shares a random group code and the waterway or community name you enter. Anyone with the link can request to join. Do not put names, phone numbers or private addresses in that public community field. Public invitation checks reveal no member list or contact details. Deleting or expiring the organizer’s request disables its invitation; submitted requests otherwise follow the site’s stated retention policy.

Calculator and questionnaire answers stay on your device unless you explicitly include a summary in a submitted request. Preview forms do not send or save a lead. No advertising analytics or payment service is added by these features.
